Our Company

For the gap between appointments

Chronic care gets about two clinic hours each year. The remaining 8,758 are mostly unsupported. Remepy fills that space with behavioral tools suited to daily life.

Our Story

Why this exists

The space between appointments has challenged chronic illness care for decades. Patients leave with plans and instructions, then face the next four weeks alone, applying advice amid work, pain, fatigue, bad days, and good days that pass before patterns emerge.

Behavioral health research has long shown that between-appointment experience predicts outcomes at least as strongly as the appointment itself. Sessions establish direction. Behavior takes shape, or fails to, afterward.

Remepy was built for that in-between time. Not as a generic reminder app, but as a program that considers how your week went and changes what comes next, week by week, while you manage your condition.

We are a small Tel Aviv team, started in 2023 and building independently with early angel backing from people who believe chronic illness support deserves serious behavioral care.

The Team

A small team, one clear focus

Or Shoval, CEO of Remepy

Or Shoval

CEO and Co-founder

Or Shoval, CEO & Co-Founder, built Remepy on one belief: behavioral support works for chronic conditions only when it adapts to real weeks, not ideal ones. He guides product direction and clinical partnerships while keeping the scope focused.

Noa Ben-David

Head of Clinical Program Design

Noa Ben-David, Head of Clinical Program Design, shapes Remepy's programs. Her background includes behavioral health practice and clinical research, with CBT-based work for chronic illness populations. She turns methodology into steps a patient can take in eight minutes on a difficult Tuesday.

Ariel Katz

CTO and Co-founder

Ariel Katz, CTO & Co-Founder, leads engineering and data infrastructure. His work centers on adaptive personalization for health applications, making clear the distance between what technology promises in chronic care and what patients experience. He owns Remepy's adaptive engine and data architecture.

Our Principles

How we build

Our clinical claims go only as far as behavioral health literature supports. We do not invent efficacy data or create testimonials that resemble medical endorsements. We do not describe Remepy as a medical device, because it is not one.

Our adaptive programs draw on validated CBT techniques for chronic illness. We track adherence and self-reported outcome indicators, sharing them with clinicians only at the patient's request. We aim for honesty in a space long marked by overclaiming.

Remepy is angel-backed, building independently, and not yet part of insurance networks. We are a small team focused on one thing, with as much rigor as we can bring.
