Yes. No contract or cancellation fee applies. Cancel anytime in account settings, and keep access through your current billing period. We do not make cancellation intentionally hard.
No penalty. Remepy is for people living with chronic conditions, so difficult weeks and missed sessions are expected. The weekly check-in factors in missed sessions and adjusts the following week. Your program continues at your pace.
No. Remepy supports behavior alongside clinical care, rather than replacing it. It is made for the time between appointments, not instead of them. If you see a clinician, structured data from between sessions can help reinforce that connection.
Not at present. Remepy is not in insurance networks. Some FSA or HSA plans may pay for digital health tools, so check with your plan administrator. Our pricing is set for direct payment by most people, and we are pursuing wider coverage over time.
We use HIPAA-aligned controls and never sell data to third parties. Sharing progress reports with a clinician is opt-in, and you decide who sees what. Privacy was built into our architecture from day one, not added later. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Basic includes the adaptive behavioral program: unlimited daily sessions, adaptive weekly check-ins, and a personal progress dashboard. Plus adds clinician tools: structured weekly summaries for sharing, clinician referral portal access when your clinician is a Remepy partner, and the complete condition-specific library. Managing care on your own? Basic may suit you. Regular clinician visits? Plus may be worthwhile.
No card needed. Your program begins once you complete intake.
