Your program adapts weekly
Many behavioral programs serve the same content each time. Remepy uses your end-of-week check-in to shape the next week, keeping support aligned with where you are now.
Four steps, every week
The structure looks simple: four steps. The fourth loops back to change the second, so each week starts with a program shaped by the week before.
Structured intake
A 10-minute structured assessment covers your condition, current habits, and goals. It sets the starting point for week one.
Week one program
Your intake guides the first week of daily micro-sessions, short behavioral exercises focused on your condition and goals.
Weekly check-in
At week's end, a brief check-in asks what was harder than expected, what helped, and which patterns you noticed. It takes under 5 minutes.
Adapt, then restart
Remepy uses your check-in to rebuild the next week's program around it. The cycle repeats weekly, keeping support tied to where you are now, not where you began.
Brief sessions, shaped to your condition
Each daily session takes under 10 minutes. This is not a meditation timer or generic mindfulness exercise. It is a structured behavioral module using chronic illness techniques such as acceptance work, pacing strategies, cognitive reframing, or habit anchoring, based on that day's program.
Complete sessions whenever suits you. Missing a day does not bring a penalty. The weekly check-in reflects what happened, rather than what you planned.
Today's Session
Pacing, and permission to rest
You noted pushing through fatigue more than planned this week. Today we explore what rest costs you, and what it does not.
When I push through pain or fatigue, I usually feel...
A weekly summary for your clinician
If you work with a clinician, Remepy creates a structured weekly summary of completed work, mood and symptom trends, and patterns that emerged. With that context beforehand, your visit can focus on insight rather than recap.
Report sharing with your clinician is always opt-in. Your data uses HIPAA-aligned controls.
